Everyday Wonder

Voices in Vivid Abstraction

Featuring Artists Naishi Jogani & Rakhi Vashisht, join us to explore this  vibrant abstract art exhibition celebrating everyday experiences through bold color, texture, and expressive visual storytelling.

STEP INTO A WORLD WHERE THE ORDINARY GLOWS. THIS EXHIBITION BRINGS TOGETHER TWO ABSTRACT ARTISTS WHO TURN THE HUES AND RHYTHMS OF DAILY LIFE INTO VISIONS OF VIBRANT COLOUR AND PLAYFUL GEOMETRY, THEIR CANVASES DON’T DEPICT YOUR EVERYDAY LIFESTYLE BUT INSTEAD THEY TRANSLATE THEM INTO A LANGUAGE OF SATURATED TONES AND LAYERED TEXTURES.

RAKHI BUILDS HARMONIES FROM A CONTRAST OF STILL AND BUSY, INVITING US TO SEE OURSELVES IN HER FIGURES BALANCED IN OPPOSITES OF COLOUR AND A MELODY OF ABSTRACTION. NAISHI  PORTRAYS HOW LIFE SHOULD FEEL USING COLOUR AND SHAPES INVITING US TO LOOK THROUGH LIFE WITH HER POINT OF VIEW. TOGETHER, THEIR WORKS ASK US TO LINGER A FRACTION LONGER, TO RE-ENCOUNTER WHAT WE PASS BY, AND TO FEEL HOW ATTENTION ITSELF CAN BRIGHTEN THE DAY.

THIS IS ABSTRACTION AS A PRACTICE OF NOTICING. IT PROPOSES THAT BEAUTY ISN’T RARE OR REMOTE, BUT ABUNDANT - AND THAT JOY, LIKE COLOUR, INTENSIFIES WHEN WE LOOK CLOSELY. AS YOU MOVE THROUGH THE EXHIBITION, LET THE PALETTES RECALIBRATE YOUR MIND. STEP OUTSIDE AND LET THIS EXPERIENCE REDESIGN YOUR LIFE, HOW THE SMALL THINGS BECOMES RADIANT.
